Tenerife as an exotic island in the Atlantic Ocean seems, at first, as a simple tropical place that is full of warm crystalline waters and sandy white beaches with a perfect average temperature of 22C. Nevertheless, Tenerife, as a main territory in the Balearic Islands, is more than a luxurious resort. There are plenty of interesting outdoor activities to do and places to visit. There are several famous touristic spots that attract thousands of foreign people in Tenerife each year. The animal attractions are another spectacular activity in the island; especially for the kids. Visitors can find the Jungle Park, the Monkey Park and Loro Park that includes a big aquarium with lots of sea lions and dolphins. In addition, there are many submarine safaris available in the entire year for travelers who want to have a natural experience in the sea.

Probably the Teide National Park is the most visited place in the island. This park is the largest in the island, and it is easily accessible from any part of Tenerife. This site is home to one of the biggest volcanoes in the world: The Mount Teide- Furthermore, travelers, can visit the largest volcanic crater in the whole world that is called the Cave of the Wind as well as one of the biggest ethnological parks that is named the Guimar Pyramids.
