- Goat meat.
- 400 g of pork lard.
- 4 tablespoons paprika.
- 12 garlic cloves.
- 1 pepper.
- 1 / 4 cup vinegar.
- 1 / 2 cup dry white wine.
1. Cut the goat, season with salt and pepper and let stand for a while.
2. Crush the rest of the ingredients in a large mortar to make a paste and coat the goat's meat well.
3. Place the meat on a tray whose bottom has been covered with a fine layer of lard.
4. Leave it to cook.
